It’s very simple. Leave a comment with your contact information (all comments are screened so it will not show up – I won’t approve a comment with personal information because of spam) containing details of what your skill is, and a link to examples. I will contact you and depending on the skill, send you a test to see if you will mesh well with the projects we’re attempting. For example, if you are an artist, I will send you a sample script for a couple of pages. If you are a typographer, I will send you a page plus a file with the text to be entered (this includes Japanese). If you are a writer, I will send you a pairing and a scenario for you to write the beginning of a script.
The following positions are open:
Art (lineart or fully colored)
Writing (has to be both fanfiction for promotion and script form for the artist)
Typography (both English and Japanese, other languages are just a bonus)
Shading and Coloring (specialty of art)
Digital Design (web work and products other than books)
Cosplaying and Modeling (promotional position for conventions)
The process goes like this: Fanfiction posted to site, and script form sent to the assigned artist – lineart pages produced – covers colored and inside pages shaded – type set – samples posted to site and books sent to print. Conventions and other products done on their own, for example: prints of models in cosplay, prints of fanart, and things such as keychains, shirts, and bags.
